His analysis of my home and what would be the optimal installation was far more detailed and evidence-based than any of the competitive bids I received. He did an on-site inspection (not done by others) and gave me a proposal that considered among other parameters the roof angle and orientation, the possible need for additional roof support, the presence of surrounding structures, and my electric usage for the previous year.

All the staff involved from start to finish, from the electricians to the roof installers were on time as promised, efficient, and respectful of my property. They cleaned up after they completed their work. They answered all my many questions thoroughly. It turned out that the installation was less complicated than in the initial bid, and they reduced the cost of the installation accordingly. Their followup up after the installation has been superb.

We had previously installed a home PV solar system with a different local company that no longer exists. The inverter which was under warranty stopped working in 2023. We tried to get it replaced through SunPower Corp which was a complete debacle, and as many of you may know that company filed for bankruptcy recently which ended our hopes of getting a replacement inverter. I reached out to a few local companies regarding bids to get our system back up and running again. Full Spectrum (and Ron Chester in specific) responded timely, was professional, and patient in answering all of my questions thoroughly. We decided to move forward and upgraded our system with battery backup. I never felt pressured to purchase specific parts, upgrades or expansions of our system.
